Senior Software Engineer

Seeking a talented, motivated engineer with experience in SalesForce Development to develop SalesForceApex code and VisualForce pages.

 

Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of common design patterns, industry standards, and best practices.  They'll have strong design / analysis /troubleshooting abilities and will be good teammates, practicing BDD/TDD, code reviews, and familiar with concepts required for delivering enterprise quality code as well as developing and executing on standardized processes suitable for an enterprise deployment.

 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Apex code and VisualForce pages
• Resolve defects, support testing effort, working closely with QA, and following code all the way through to production deployment
• Analyze the technical feasibility of product features and help to guide feature development and roadmap from a technical perspective
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to deliver projects successfully and on time
• Be the example of solid software engineering best practices, setting the bar high for other software engineers.

 

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience
• 3+ years of building and delivering complex, scalable, and reliable SalesForce implementations
• 3+ years of administering and supporting SalesForce.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other languages (Java, Javascript) and data synchronization
• Experience with Force.com Flow and Force.com Sites features
• Experience with the Salesforce Metadata, Bulk, SOAP, and Rest APIs.
• Experience working with Rest and SOAP web services
• Experience implementing standardized deployment processes
• Experience using Aspect Oriented Programming principles
