The Business Analyst should have the following skills: 

1. Experience in working with document / process owners to develop plans/schedules for document updates based on process improvements or business changes and to coordinate document reviews and address review comments. 

2. Understanding of general computing controls, application controls, GAMP and COBIT a plus. 

3. Understanding of Quality Management System and comfortable providing remote based presentation and instructions. 

4. Experienced technical writing, specifically IS policies, training materials, procedures and standards and in working with GxP documentation. 

5. Experience working with electronic document management systems and MS-Office.

Role: Business Analyst (I.T.)

Location:  Thousand Oaks, California 

This is an advanced-level job posting for a BA with strong written skills. The candidate will translate business requirements into SOPS, and manuals for the Integrated Service Management Lifecycle project and also manage the changes through the document management system. 

The candidate will be responsible for developing, writing, editing, and formatting materials such as technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical documentation. May require communication through a variety of media (e.g., CD, intranet, on-line training, etc.) Requries strong analytical and communication skills. Must have proven experience in techncial writing.
