"Serve as an iOS application developer on a cutting edge mobile application development team. As one of the first enterprise adopters of the iPad, Medtronic has a diverse and growing ecosystem of applications in its portfolio. The mobile application developer designs, develops, implements, and supports new or enhanced mobile and desktop applications for internal and external use. Works on a highly skilled project team of developers, architects, testers, and business analysts following an iterative development methodology (Agile). Works on a variety of mobile software and hardware platforms including Objective-C / C# .NET / SQLite and other emerging mobile technology platforms. Key skills: • Experienced in the design and development of complex mobile application solutions • Significant experience in iOS Development with XCode, Objective-C, Cocoa, Cocoa Touch, Core Services API, and SQLite • Experience storing and synchronizing offline data • Experience with Quartz and Core Animation • Experience with SQL, PL-SQL, data modeling • Experience with JSON, XML, RESTful Web Services • Participation in full project lifecycle implementations § Strong programming and analytical skills § Advanced knowledge of application development tools § Able to adapt and respond quickly to changing situations § Strong decision making abilities and problem resolution skills § Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with proven ability to effectively communicate to all management levels § Agile Software Development Methodologies § Oracle DBMS • Unit-Testing • Refactoring, Design Patterns"
