Position : Java Architect
Location : NYC, NY
Duration: Long term
Interview Mode: Telephonic followed by SKYPE (for locals it is f2f).
Client: S&P
• Over 10 years of experience with architecture, design and implementation of Java/J2EE applications.
• Over 7 years of experience with Java/J2EE based architectures, SOA design patterns and systems integration.
• Extensive experience in developing open source business rules applications using JBOSS Business Rules
• Management System (BRMS) – Drools
• Expertise in SOA-based application design using SOAP, Web Services, IBM MQ Platform, EJB, XML-based artifacts
• Design, develop, deploy Java/J2EE applications using industry-standard frameworks i.e. Spring Batch, Spring JDBC, Apache frameworks
• Expertise with application servers such as JBOSS
• Experience with Oracle 11g
• Strong background and understanding of SDLC processes
• Support technical design reviews, participate in client review and planning sessions, conduct code reviews, and review of artifacts such as architecture and design documents, test-scripts, software requirements document, and requirements traceability matrix; support performance and load testing as needed
• Agile/SCRUM methodology with experience is a plus
