• Event viewer
• HP System Management Homepage ( H/W investigation and troubleshooting concepts )
• Remote administration of servers
• Port query
• Domain concepts

2. SQL 2005/2008/2012 server administration
• Mirroring concepts
• Basic understanding of different default databases
• SQL scheduled Job status and troubleshooting
• Replication concepts

3. System Center Operations Manager (SCOM )
4. IIS Concepts
5. Clustering and Load balancer concepts

Desirable Technical Skills :-
Windows administration
High availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance Tuning, and Optimization techniques

Mandatory Functional Skills :-
Good analytical and customer service skills
Server's patching and infrastructure issues handling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Functional Skills :-
Leadership skills

Total Experience Required :-
3 – 5+ Years
