[xrecnet] URGENT!!! SAP Specialist-ABAP-HCM-Grand Rapids, MI

Below you will find a 6+ month contract with  in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  This is a technical role, prefers an ABAP Developer with HCM Benefits experience.  The rate is $70-75/hr.  Please include availability and skills matrix with the submittal.  Please let me know if you have anyone available ASAP!

Primary Responsibilities

 

•             Lead the technical implementation of the SAP HCM North American Benefits project for our upcoming benefits year.

•             Responsible for researching, developing, testing, and implementing the configuration of SAP HCM Benefits functionality to satisfy the needs of the Benefits business area. 

•             Gathers requirements from business area users and translates those requirements into system configuration and/or development.

•             Develops and/or applies ERP configuration and customization, including ABAP or other applications software programming, ERP software or web application configuration, documentation, software testing and application implementation.

•             Looks for ways to enhance program design & development practices and ensures quality is built into every deliverable—from first project requirement to final function created within the software.

•             Effectively communicates technical information, and communicates the status of work to business area and IT management.

•             Effectively works and communicates with project manager, business area leaders, IT Analysts, and end users. 

 

Requirements

•             Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

•             Experience in SAP configuration and SAP ABAP/WebDynPro

•             Experience with the Benefits and Payroll SAP HCM modules

•             Experience with HCM Enhancement Package 6 and Netweaver 7.3
