Location:  Lewisville, TX 

More like BSAstechnical BAs with Data experience. Mortgage experience is not necessary. BAs will sit between the test team so their job is to make best use of developers time.

Emphasis on File transfers, extracting transforming and loading data. Understand specs for XML files. Someone that has worked with Large companies

BSA to focus on Design phase; IT BA Gatekeeper for requirements from the BAs that sit in the Business. Need to understand what the requirements are and how to execute. 

Dot data is an internal application this BSA will be assigned too - ETL process; Data Mapping; Data Transformation. This person needs to know how to extract/find data; transform the data and load the data so the information looks the same in different systems. There are interfaces with output systems so understanding file formats and XML layouts is mandatory

Functional Requirements use cases

Wor with Testing team on test cases and strategy and look at defects to see if it need to go back to dev teams or if its an issue with attest case

BA sits between the Testing team and developers

Must haves Understanding Data; File Transfers; XML Formatting and building xml files; File Specs; what data types there are

In this Lead Business Analyst position, you will have the opportunity to be the liaison between the lines of business and the development team. You will be responsible for analyzing business and data requirements to understand the business needs, and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. This will involve combining knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built, how data is managed, and used to create functional designs across applications. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. 

Are you interested? The ideal Business Analyst will possess the following experience: 

- 4-6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst 

- Experience with requirements analysis and use case design 

- Database and data mapping experience 

- Must have understanding of File Transfer and XML formats

- Large Enterprise experience
