Job description:

The SAP Business Analyst will support the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Team and will be responsible for supporting business capabilities within the SAP application suite by trouble shooting system problems, analyzing processes, developing business requirements, proposing potential solutions and supporting prioritization. As the system expert, this individual will lead the development of internal skills through a partnership with power users and by influencing best practices.

 

Required Skills:

 

• Enforce use of standards, guidelines and best practices of SAP MM / PP modules.
• Provide production support to SAP for MM / PP issues.  Log issues reported and report progress until resolution is completed.  Troubleshoot system problems, analyze processes, develop business requirements, propose solutions and support prioritization.
• Develop and coordinate SAP user training for MM / PP modules.  Coach, mentor and train SAP users to drive process best practices.
• Act as ISC liaison to IT by assisting with design specifications and test plans for system solutions.
