Strong past development background in Java/J2EE Web Technologies is a MUST
Customer Management experience is must
Experience managing Enterprise level projects
Ensure project deliverables are met on time every time
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in managing offshore teams
Experience in different SDLC, process maturity models
Good understanding of Auto and Home insurance a plus
Should be able to handle customers, conflict situations, escalation management and so forth
