o Should have extensive hands on development experience on Java/J2EE based enterprise application
o Experience in designing and architecting of Java/J2EE base enterprise application
o Should have exposure to major open source technologies
o Should be able to come up with best fit recommendations for leveraging open source technologies
o Should have very good communication skills and should be able to articulate ideas and design recommendations based to different levels based on the audience Including
ü Business Users
ü Technical managers implementation teams
ü Senior management
o Should be exposed to best practices in Linux and infrastructure management
o Exposure to Custodian banking, Securities Lending will be helpful
