Looking for Mid Level Business Analyst

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: Long Term

Rate: DOE

 

 

We need a mid-level Business Analyst who has the following:

 

60 or more months eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis

60 or more months interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g. business process flows, fit-gaps analyses, functional designs, etc.).

48 or more months evaluating information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs

48 or more months documenting the as-is and to-be states of the business process or function by using flow charts, process models, functional requirements, use cases and interface designs.  Developed artifacts should follow standard templates and use natural language.

36 or more months experience collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

36 or more months experience designing and performing tests to ensure that the implemented functionality meets the required specifications.  Design experience to include developing the test scenarios, scripts and data.
