Description:

 Pega LSA: Responsible for designing and building components of application and providing consultative guidance on all project assignments
 
Thought Leadership

• Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
• Engage decision makers, advising them on technology adoption and management policy, to ensure successful customer outcomes
• Provide thought-leadership to the client across business and technical dimensions for the support of defining and implementing reference architecture at the enterprise level

Team Leadership and Enablement

• Provide expertise and act as the mentor to all team members and professional services consultants on their assigned project tasks
• Engage in formal and informal enablement sessions
• Participate in regularly scheduled technical knowledge sharing sessions

Architecture and Design of PRPC

• Demonstrate an advanced understanding of the main features of PRPC
• Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and application functionality to clients and partners

Customer Success

• Actively participate in the requirements, design and build phases; delivering high quality deliverables
• Complete work in time / effort budget; provide proactive update to project leader if timelines or effort estimate are in jeopardy
• Realization of business benefit

Collaborate and team with clients, partners, and Pega team on client sites; continuously focus on Customer Success
