| Roles & Responsibilities | · Lead consultant for scoping assignment currently and subsequently ABAP lead for major SAP customization program. · Design and document the complete ABAP solution scope and provide inputs to other modules for building an integrated system design · Handling of customer requirements workshop, documenting the discussion, drafting the action plan and execution of the plan to closure. · Incident Management and allocation of Incidents to appropriate groups. Creating estimations of tasks and drafting of integrated project plan. |
