Job Title                      UI Lead

Duration                     6+  months

 

Must Have Skills:

• Should have prior lead experience.
• Deep technical skills with at least 3-5 years* of hands on development in the following areas (prioritized order):
• Angular JS
• Adobe CQ5
• JavaScript (Standard, Object Oriented and Angular)
• AJAX
• JQuery
• HTML
• CSS

*Current responsibilities must include hands on development.

• Strong Onsite Lead having expertise in managing delivery in Offshore/Onsite model.
• 7+ years of Web and UI based development
• Good Analytical & trouble shooting skills in UI / Web application.
• Ability to function as part of a team and work collaboratively, while simultaneously owning individual deliverables

 

Desired Skills:

• Technical skills in the following areas will be a strong plus:
• JSP
• DWR
• Prototypes
•  
• Delivery of 'side projects' and freelance work is viewed as desirable
• Prior experience in a lead/coordinator role, interacting with offshore teams
• eCommerce and Telecom / wireless experience a plus
• Ability to report up and down (organizational awareness)
• Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
• Ability to work in an ever changing, fast-paced environment
