Description:

Skills required: Informatica 9.6, CDC, Oracle pl\sql,  Knowledge of ETL and datawarehousing modelling concepts Roles: • 3+/4+ yrs. of ETL experience with Informatica • Good communication skills to work directly with clients • Ability to work independently on ETL tasks, including data-analysis and documentation • Should have good skills on SQL queries and ETL concepts • Should be able to understand the requirements and develop Informatica code adhering to best-practices o Should be skilled in working with Informatica Power Center Designer/Workflow Manager/Workflow Monitor and   Repository Manager o Should have worked on common Power Center Designer transformations (please check with Rajkumar/Lokesh to know more) o Should be knowledgeable about mapplets/worklets/parameters-files/variables etc. o Should be knowledgeable about using flat-files/excel or csv files/Stored-Procedures etc. in Informatica for data   read/write o Should be knowledgeable about coding various DIMs/FACTs loads using Informatica o Knowledge on using XML/SQL transformations and files will be very useful • Should be able to participate and contribute on Informatica code-reviews • Ability to perform Unit-Testing of ETL code including proper data-validation is a must (Please check for this   aspect in particular, as all HI projects involve extensive data-validation) • Require experience in Informatica CDC implementation, also it will help if the other  resource also has Informatica CDC experience/knowhow • Knowledge on Data Model concepts, i.e., to read/understand Data Models and know how to use them for implementing   workflows etc.
