Job Description:
Looking for Oracle Cloud HCM applicant with Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting & On boarding.
Will be collaborating with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs.
Also contribute to a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Will challenge your leading-edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains.
Responsibilities:
Support Oracle Recruitment issues for severity levels 2-4 and execute day-to-day maintenance activities.
Design, perform business process mapping, conduct fit-gap analysis, and document solution design.
Develop solutions to fully leverage Oracle HCM- Oracle Recruitment and Onboarding applications functionality.
Audits data contained within Oracle Recruitment to ensure compliance with company, federal and state regulations.
Collaborate with internal users and external vendors to gather business/function requirements and translate to technical requirements, which includes UAT, function and end user training and implementation.
Develop and maintain simple to complex reports and dashboards.
Work with functional and end users to understand and interpret report/dashboard information.
Runs and distributes scheduled reports and supports business requests for ad hoc report generation.
Oversees the daily recruiter operation of Oracle Recruitment.
Supports OR and Oracle HCM by researching and resolving issues, testing solutions, and communicating resolution to function and end user customers.
Develops test plans and project plans for upgrades/new functionality.
Maintains training and procedure documentation.
Support Design and Testing of Integrations from HCM Cloud to Third Party Vendors
Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.
Requirements
Need 10+ years of overall Oracle HCM experience.
Experience on Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding and Compensation modules
Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations
Strong experience in either Oracle Recruiting (ORC) Taleo (TEE), or other equivalent Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
5+ years advanced knowledge of HCM with a strong concentration of recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Manage multiple ATS implementations, globally.
Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
Strong presentation skills and have experience in change management
Advanced level experience in OBI reporting and dashboards
Proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint (advanced formulas, creating pivot tables, graphics, and charts)
Analyzes/Research errors while utilizing resources such as Oracle Support Community and HRIS to identify root cause and drive resolution
Ability to develop test plans to be submitted to HRIS.
Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution skills, Strong project management skills, Demonstrates a high level of initiative
