Requirements:
Strongly desire someone with experience using Commissions database Xactly Incent (or comparable commissions database software) for writing and maintaining crediting/commissions/etc. rules OR must have strong database administration skills.
Incumbent needs to be able to validate and understand that system calculations are accurate. It's also important for the administrator to fully understand calculations within the compensation plans so they are able to validate and explain calculations to end users if needed. Reporting and data visualization skills are also very important. Should understand or be capable of being trained to understand the underlying data that drives incentive calculations; should be able to solve issues as they arise, determine the steps required to fix individual issues; Incumbent needs to be able to effectively communicate technical and mathematical information to a variety of users and stakeholders.
Xactly is a cloud based SaaS solution. Incumbent should have Advanced/expert level Excel proficiency and SQL knowledge; must have acute attention to detail. Strongly desires someone who has a good understanding of a commissions environment.
