Job Description:

• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of Ceipal ATS.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities. 
• Experience in analyzing the requirements.
• Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
• Negotiate the Hourly rate.
• Proficiency in using Job Boards like: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed , Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
• Experience handling State clients.
• Education: Professional Degree (Bachelor's).
