1) US IT Technical Recruiters at HYDERABAD.

2) Freshers

Detailed Job Profile given below:

Desired Candidate Profile : Manage the candidate life cycle process including Head-hunting/sourcing, Identification / Skill set mapping, Scheduling interviews, Technical screening etc Experience in Working with Direct Clients Understanding of technologies in IT domain.

Experience Required: Minimum 0.6 to 1 Years experience in US recruitments.

•      Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc).

•      Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ techniques (W2/Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers) and various IT technologies.

•      Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Hot jobs, Linked In, Google, and Free Job Sites etc. to source IT candidates.

•      Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.

•      Flexible and positive attitude.

•      Proven ability to work in a deadline driven and dynamic environment.

•      Enthusiastic personality with good energy levels.

•      Willing to work in US timings (own transportation).

Education Required: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
