Data Engineering (10+ Years) 

Houston, TX (Remote for now) 

6+ Months  

  

Client requires to onboard specific data quality rules in Snowflake to allow for the critical data elements and consumer needs to be met successfully. They need a Data Quality Analyst to help create these rules and get them implemented in IDQ. They will also test the output and results to ensure they look correct. 

  

Scope: 

 

Using existing technology solutions, Informatica 

Create automated data profiling, data quality asset score carding, business and technical rule development processes 

Develop rules for a sample subset of Invesco data assets (specifically – ANG and C&PR) 

Train internal resources on Informatica data quality toolset usage and data quality process 

 

Skills Required: 

 

IDQ tool, SQL, data quality or data governance is helpful 

Analyze and interpret data, producing clear and compelling reports for different audiences. 

Convert business requirements to technical requirements for implementation. 

Strong data analysis skills across multiple source systems of various formats. 

Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL) and JavaScript. 

Data analysis experience preferred 

Experience with the data quality pillars and types of rules 

Ability to test and understand data quality outputs and analyze if rules are working as expected.
