Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
Contractor will be responsible for reviewing Verint WFM practices and consulting with application vendor and Verint admin team to outline best practices for scheduling, call forecasting, campaign configuration, data mapping, call queue management, application automation, and other workforce functions. Contractor will be responsible for documenting such best practices in consultation with Workforce Management leadership and the Verint administrative team. The contractor will also identify process gaps within the Workforce Management team and create documentation and training for overcome those gaps. Contractor might be required to do research in understanding best in class with the alignment to the standards associated with ICMI, SWPP or other similar type organizations.
Required:
Verint Version15.2 system knowledge at an administration level specifically with WFM Module.
Support all Verint WFM features related to the module including but not limited to forecasting, workload scheduling, campaign configuration, auto breaking and real time monitoring
Proven ability to create documentation, policy, procedures and training support to all end users and management
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in virtual call center intelligent call routing, ACD and WFM technology required
3-5 years' experience in contact center operations, telephony or work force management required
