Job Description: Data Quality Governance Engineer
Location: LAS VEGAS (US:89118), NV

Job responsibilities
• Work with business SMEs, data stewards and other data governance leaders to understand their data quality challenges and recommend solutions to implement overall data quality strategy.
• Partner with data stakeholders and implementation specialists during the data onboarding phase on various projects, providing analysis and sharing best practices
• Accountable for of data quality program activities; which includes evaluating large datasets for quality and accuracy; proactively identifying, addressing, and resolving reconcilable discrepancies through daily data analysis
• Evaluate large datasets for quality and accuracy; proactively identifying, addressing, and resolving reconcilable discrepancies through daily data analysis
• Define data quality framework, standards, and implementation plan for enterprise data quality implementation.
• Design & implement ETL framework for data quality metadata to capture timely DQ KPIs and metrics and enable reporting team to create data quality reports/dashboards.
• Help define/refine business data quality rules and implement them in data engineering projects
• Provide inputs on data guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Define, operationalize, and implement processes to continuously monitor and quality check data completeness and accuracy
• Define and implement data cataloging, data lineage and data security components for effective data governance.
• Work on other project related deliverables & tasks.
Deliverables
• Technical frameworks for data quality and other data governance tasks.
• Analysis & design documents for data quality/governance frameworks.
• Data profiling & data analysis artifacts.
• ETL code implementation for data quality and data governance tasks.
• Ongoing support for data quality & data governance projects
• Help build data quality/governance roadmaps.
• Other project related deliverables.
