Position: OSS Architect

Location: Alberta ,Canada (Remote working is fine)

Duration:12 Months

Skills:

•           Only IT background and with minimum 5 years' experience

•           5 years' experience and advanced hands on knowledge of EMC SAS SMARTS (IP, MPLS, ESM, ACM, NPM, SAM, OI)

•           5 years' experience -  Architecture & hands on experience of EMC SAS M&R  ( or EMC SRM)

•           2 years' experience - hands on experience of ELK ( Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack setup and integration using southbound and northbound adopter utilities

Role : OSS Architect. OSS Architect Systems Integration expert Only IT background and with minimum 5 years experience 5 years experience and advanced hands on knowledge of EMC SAS SMARTS (IP, MPLS, ESM, ACM, NPM, SAM, OI) 5 years experience- Architecture & hands on experience of EMC SAS M&R ( or EMC SRM) 2 years# experience - hands on experience of ELK ( Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack setup and integration using southbound and northbound adopter utilities # Low level design architecture for components set up and configuration # Hands on knowledge on SMARTS 9.4.x and above , APG 6.8 or above ( SRM 3.7 or above) # M&R low level design architecture for components set up and configuration, building the environment from scr atch based on architecture # Thorough understanding of UNIX & LINUX OS # Able to produce scripts using ASL language (EMC SMARTS specific Language) # Able to produce Perl and Shell scripts for adhoc needs # Thorough understanding of Networking, Rout ing, SNMP, TCP, IP protocols # Integration, internal drivers, adaptors and connectors # Template certifications and writing custom certifications # Fail over manager architecture, set up and configuration # SMARTS Dynamic modelling, Notif trap proces sing # vCD, vCenter, VM templates & virtual Network configuration # M&R working and troubleshooting # M&R custom reporting # Networks solutions packs deployment including NCM # Integration with 3rd party APIs, XM parsing utilities, MySQL DB, queries , # VMware Virtualization concepts and integrations with vROPS, vCenter etc. # Able to setup elastic stack, troubleshoot, upgrade and migrte to different environment. # Understanding DevOps CD (Continuous Deployment) concepts and be able to buildth e environment using code ansible scripts # Knowledge of vRealise Operation Manager, Log Insight, Automation is desirable but not mandatory. .
