Talent Profile / Skillset needed -

Should have 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.

SAP ABAP Development experience in RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Reports, and Workflow).

Experience in S/4 HANA ABAP Developments.

Experience in Fiori development and enhancement. Should know about web services and how to work with them.

Good experience with Idoc, BAPI, and REST & OData API-based integrations.

Experience in CDS views development and exposes them via OData services.

Experience with analysis tools like Run time analysis, SQL Trace, code inspector, and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit to check the quality of the ABAP code and optimize for SAP HANA.

Experience in ABAP Object Oriented Programming.

Must have very good experience in debugging and troubleshooting issues.

Should possess knowledge/experience of the following topics and apply them to bring value and innovation to client engagements: SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture, Data Modelling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, AMDP.

Experience in SAP Supply chain or in any one or multiple SAP functional areas like P2P, PL2PR, O2C, EWM, and R2R.

Experience in performing Unit Tests, SIT, Integration, and Regression testing along with cross-functional team collaboration.

Preferred to have experience working with a Solution Manager.

The contract engineers shall understand the system requirements from the customer specifications, understand the decomposed requirements to the corresponding EE, SW or ME requirements, and understand the corresponding system architecture.

Able to execute following tests as per ASPICE 3 level:

1. Integration Test:

The interaction of all the components in the architecture design shall be tested for each function.

1. Qualification Validation & Verification:

Black box test testing all features of the module

All requirements shall be tested

1. Manufacturing Test Specifications:

Create manufacturing test specifications based on the system functions

Should have experience of a high-voltage system testing

 

 

 

Functional Safety Engineer

Location: Canton, MI (Hybrid Model)

 

The functional safety contract engineer shall analyze the safety goals and requirements from the customer and develop a corresponding safety concept. He/she shall also discuss the safety concept with the electrical, mechanical and software teams and assign them the decomposed technical safety requirements.

 

Interface with customer to collect and clarify functional safety requirements. Track requirements through design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, validation, and release phases

Discuss and negotiate functional safety DIA with the customer

Derive technical safety requirements (ASIL-D) from the customer's functional safety requirements

Create a functional safety concept for each requirement and assign the design to the different engineering groups for implementation

Interface with internal groups such as system, electrical, mechanical, validation, manufacturing, project leaders, program managers and external groups such as suppliers

Be creative in developing optimized system architectures that meets the safety concept

Review safety solutions and requirements from suppliers and apply them to architecture designs

Ensure functional safety elements are included in DFMEA and in manufacturing test specifications

Support product builds, launches and investigation of functional safety issues

planning of the FS activities, generation of FS plan in line with agreed DIA,

participation to/review of the safety analysis (FMEDA including calculation of PMHF, SPF and LFM metrics),

the generation of safety case,

Organize of and prepare for confirmation reviews
