Role : Jr. DevOps Engineer (Kong API platform)
Location : MI  (Remote until pademic)
Exp: 5 yrs
Rate: $DOE/hr on C2C all Inc
Duration : Long-term contract
Domain: insurance


• 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of strong experience in DevOps
• Hands on experience in automating application lifecycle including build, test, deploy activities for Java applications.
• Should be able to install and configure Kong API Gateway on-premises
• Experienced in configuring RBAC, logging, monitoring for API Gateway tools like Kong API Gateway
• Should be able to setup Microservices platform with Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy using Terraform or Ansible scripts
• Experience and hands-on in building CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
• Should have experience in setting monitoring dashboard using Graphene/Prometheus.
• Experience in automating containerized application deployments into Kubernetes environment
• Expertise in Infrastructure as a code using Terraform.
• Should be good in scripting and infrastructure automation.
• OS experience in Windows, Linux Strong scripting knowledge in Python, Shell and PowerShell Programming knowledge of java or .Net or Groovy
