Summary:

As an Oracle OCI Security Specialist, you'll play a critical role in fortifying the security posture of our organization's technology infrastructure within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment.

Your responsibilities will revolve around identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks while ensuring the protection of sensitive data. 

Job description:

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• **Security Risk Assessment:** Identify and evaluate security risks within OCI, conducting thorough assessments to pinpoint vulnerabilities and potential threats.
  
• **Security Strategy Development:** Formulate robust security strategies tailored to OCI, devising proactive measures to defend against emerging threats and challenges.
• **Security Implementation:** Implement and oversee the execution of security measures within OCI, ensuring the effective deployment of security protocols and technologies. Need hand-on implementation experience of Cloud tools like - IDCS, IAM, Cloud Guard etc.
• **Incident Response:** Actively participate in incident response activities, swiftly addressing and containing security incidents within the OCI environment.
• **Security Monitoring and Analysis:** Monitor security data and metrics, analyzing patterns and trends to proactively detect and prevent security breaches or unauthorized access.
• **Collaboration and Guidance:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to ensure security best practices are integrated into various facets of OCI usage and deployment.
• Tools Expertise - OCI Cloud Guard, IDCS.
• Must possess excellent communication and customer facing skills.
