Job Title – Helpdesk Support Analyst/MAC OS

Location:- ELK Grove, CA/Onsite

Duration:- 12+ Months

 

 

Job Description

  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks: ITIL certification preferred.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Mac OS.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts : CCNA certification is a plus.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
