Job Description:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks: ITIL certification preferred.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Mac OS.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts : CCNA certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
