• Onsite Tech lead - senior level resource with experience leading a team of developers with below skills,
• Troubleshooting experience
• Experience with AGILE methodology (Scrum, Lean, SAFe, etc)
• Talon proficiency (Spring Data, Kafka, Openshift, Kubernetes, Helm, Podman, Gradle)
• Couchbase
• Cloud application development experience with vendors like AWS experience (AWS Lamda, AWS S3, AWS EKS, AWS API Gateway)
• Golang and Terraform
• Experience designing and building APIs (Spring Boot Microservices, OAuth)
• Experience with test-drive development and automated testing frameworks (Postman, Karate, Junit, Mockito, Wiremock, Selenium, Mocha, Jest, JMeter)
• Application monitoring (Elastic stack, Promethus, Jaeger, graphana, Opentracing, Fortuna, Datadog)
• Consumer Lending banking applications experience (Optional)
