Role: Salesforce Business System Analyst CPQ , Sales Cloud And Service Cloud
Location: Remote
KPIs:
- Execute strategy and tactics necessary to meet or exceed LOB financial targets and key performance indicators (KPI)
- CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
Qualification
- Expert in Salesforce CRM –Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- 8+ Years of working experience and hands-on knowledge in deploying Service Cloud.
- Must have Salesforce CPQ hands on experience.
- At least 2 to 3 full lifecycles of Implementation Experience.
- Strong experience in approval principles, work processes, and security controls pertaining to Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
- Good understanding of end business processes of Cases, Knowledge, Customer 360
- MBA degree is preferable.
