Qualifications & Skills

8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle ERP applications. Hands on work experience in understanding primarily Oracle core Fusion HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation and Talent Management modules.

Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (integrations) is plus.

Knowledge in Standard Oracle Fusion HR Data Structures.

Expertise in Developing HCM Extracts, Oracle Fusion HDL to create and Manipulate Fusion HCM Data.

Experience in Developing Complex BI Publisher Data model and Reports.

HCM BPM workflow.

Experience with HCM REST API / ATOM Feed services.

Experience with Web Services (REST API, JAVA, Web Services SOA)

Experience in PL/SQL programs.

Perfect understanding concepts of relational databases and database objects

Very good understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements into them

Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking, release and change management.

Experience with global implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
