Need a workday integration consultant

100% Remote role - Mid West prefferred.

Overview:

As a Certified Workday Integration Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective integration and deployment of Workday solutions within our organization. Your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems. Through your expertise in Workday integration tools and technologies, you will facilitate smooth data flow and system functionality, optimizing business processes.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Integration Design and Development:

 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and devise integration solutions aligned with business needs.

Utilize Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and other integration tools to develop and configure integrations.

Create custom integrations leveraging Workday's web services (SOAP and REST) and APIs.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

 

Conduct rigorous testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to business rules.

Promptly troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, liaising with cross-functional teams as required.

Perform system updates and regression testing to validate integration functionality post-implementation.

Documentation and Training:

 

Generate detailed technical documentation encompassing integration design specifications, configuration guidelines, and troubleshooting protocols.

Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams, imparting knowledge on integration processes and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

 

Stay abreast of Workday releases, new features, and integration capabilities, integrating them into existing systems where applicable.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Workday integrations, driving efficiency and scalability.

Role: Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Experience required:

The Bank is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join its Technology department.  This individual will work as a Technical Business Analyst responsible for UAT execution & Coordination with users and vendor of IDB's Risk Rating system. In addition, this position is also responsible for Data/Business Analysis as part of Enhanced Dual Risk Rating Project.  He/she will also be expected to conduct support end to end Project SDLC lifecycle. He/She will be working very closely with external implementation partner and internal IDB IT, Risk, Lending, Underwriting Departments. The successful candidate will have a solid business and technical analysis skill gained within financial services in the banking industry.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Working with key Business Stakeholders & internal departments like Risk, Middle Office, Lending, Treasury & IT to conduct requirement analysis

·         Defining & Documenting Current & Target state system flow, interface field mapping, data lineage and ETL specs as per Bank's SDLC standards

·         Work with external Vendor & Internal IT team on Design, Build & Testing  

·         Work with UAT Coordinator on UAT Test cases & UAT execution

·         Working internal SMEs in analyzing the data integration between multiple source systems and work with IDB IT team in developing the end solution

 

Candidate Qualifications:

·         Experience in working as Senior Business Analysts in Commercial Banking with special focus on CRE, C&I risk domain

·         Writing technical specifications to build new file based and real-time interfaces to and from Risk systems

·         Writing specifications to build reports

·         Deep understanding of customer, loan, facility data lineage and hierarchies

·         Deep proficiency with key Banking RISK Concepts like Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD) Risk Adjust Return on Capital (RAROC), Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL)

·         Preferred Experience working with Moody's Credit Lens platform or similar Platform

·         Knowledge/Exposure to Dual Risk Rating Framework is a plus

·         Solid Knowledge of Commercial Banking Risk area related to Customer Ratings & Loan Ratings 

·         Solid knowledge of key System & business processes in Deposit, Loans area

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business need

·         Excellent client interaction skills

·         Effectively promote best practices process
