Title : Sr. Oracle Database Administrator

Location : Ridgefield Park NJ

                    

 

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·         5-7 years technical experience on Oracle in a large scale environment

·         Monitor the Oracle application for adherence to performance requirements.

·         The hands-on Oracle administrator.

·         Oracle Application Server 10g Administration preferred

·         Proven experience installing and administering Oracle 11g & 10g Enterprise Database Server

·         Proven experience in Oracle database design, implementation, monitoring and tuning

·         Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager/Grid Control or similar DBA tools

·         Fluency in PL/SQL, Oracle SQL Loader and Unix/shell scripting

·         Experience with Oracle RMAN backup utilities 

·         Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports desirable

·         Strong organizational and problem solving skills, detail oriented

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

·         University or College Diploma and certificate in Oracle Database Administration

·         Familiar with application maintenance methodologies, techniques and tools

·         Experience using data modeling concepts and database definitions

·         Able to handle the operations/projects independently

·         Leadership quality, lead Oracle DBA team on-shore & off-shore
