Details -: Overall IT experience required of 6+ Yrs,  with a minimum of 5 years of IT Support experience in Sieble UCM and a good knowledge of PL/SQL
Good exposure to the Pharma Domain.
Hands on experience in supporting MDM
Good Pharma domain knowledge
Must possess Excellent Communication skills.
Customer facing role and worked in onsite/offshore model.
