Primary Skills:
• Provide L1/L2 support for security technologies; handle service requests and Incidents and ID Administration task if required.
• Update regular vendor released signatures for applicable system.
• Communication and coordination with product vendor for bug fixes and enhancement requests
• Provide hands and feet support at datacenter for the devices in case of any touch services required.
Ability to administer and support the following technologies:
• RSA SecurID Software & Appliance
• BlueCoat Proxy, Director, Reporter
• RSA Data Protection Manager
• RSA Certificate Manager
• Xceedium
• McAfee End Point Encryption
• Tufin
• McAfee IPS
• IBM IDS
• Certificate Authority
• HSM (Hardware Security Module)
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong knowledge in IT Security concepts and quick learner
• Proficient English language written and oral communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks and deliver professionally written reports for clients
• Ability to interface with product vendor and troubleshoot issues
• Certifications from product vendors for the above listed technologies is preferred
