Role

Program Manager

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Provides overall program management and coordination
- Defines project scope and size via project charter (template provided)
- Develops project schedule and tracks progress and changes (MS Project).
- Leads team through Project Lifecycle phases and Gate Reviews.
- Identifies on-going resource gaps.
- Captures and tracks issues and risks.
- Manage project communications and project change management.
- Publishes monthly executive status (template provided).
- Schedules and runs project team meetings, as required.
- Publishes project team minutes and tracks actions.
- Completes project deliverables as defined by the sponsor.

Desirable Functional Skills

Communications Specialist:
- Create and deliver senior level presentations
- Strong hands-on skills on MS Power-point

Documentation
Consultant shall provide the following Documentation as part of the Work Product:
- Dashboards for presentation to executive management
- Project Charter, Project Plan, Project Schedule
A key part of this role will be to ensure leadership engagement, and continuity of information among the various stakeholders.

10+ years
