Job Title: People soft HRMS Functional Consultant

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration: 6months

Job Description:

·         At least 2~3 full life cycle implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS

Applications. Working experience of PSFT HCM 9.1

·         Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought

Leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll.

·         Expertise in setting up Payroll related information for large user

Groups. Experience in parallel testing.

·         Extremely good presentation skills.

·         Proven track record in IT Consulting / HRMS architecture /

Solution delivery.

·         Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought

Leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits Modules.

·          Ability to conduct CRP sessions for large user groups

·         Expertise in working with cross functional teams and defining

Functional road maps for the solutions.

·         Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to

HRMS implementation.

·         Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree.
