Minimum Qualifications/Must Have:

 

·         Strong communication  and organizational skills

·         Strong Process Documentation capabilities.

·         Must have 7 years of hands on technology implementation experience.

·         Prior Coordination experience.

·         Proficient skills in and experience with Operations Process management.

·         Production support, service management, ITIL experience preferred

·         Experience in Handling Incidents and Ticket Management.

·         Good Communication Skills,

·         Ability to communicate effectively to various levels of Senior Management – Technology and Business Understanding of Java/J2EE based applications, Release coordination and execution in a Techno-Managerial capacity .

·         Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem resolution by working with different teams

·         Production support, service management, ITIL experience preferred
