Job Title:  Silverlight Developer

Location:  Kansas City, MO

Duration:  6+ Months 

Must haves

Senior level C# Development skills 

2+ years' experience as a senior level application developer. 

5+ years' experience with Application Development using .NET framework 2.0 +. 

4+ years' experience developing front-end heavy business applications 

3+ years' experience with one, or a combination, of the following rich user interface technologies: Silverlight, WPF, Flash, HTML5, JQuery, AJAX 

4+ years' experience developing web services

Ideal Candidate

3+ years' experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server (2007, 2010, or 2013) 

2+ years' Silverlight 3.0+ 

Experience with Azure Services

Non-Technical

Self-motivated 

Eager to learn new technologies 

Thrives with limited supervision 

Business savvy – capable of conveying complex technical concepts in ways that a business user can grasp and appreciate 

Customer Service minded – An attitude towards building relationships with our internal business users and a desire to understand their needs and go above and beyond their expectations
