•  Can apply OOD and Design Patterns to software design & problem solving
•  Experience of XML/XSD and XPath /XSLT 
•  Experience with Distributed systems / middleware / multithreaded experience
•  Experience using and creating web services (SOAP, REST, etc) as well as backend/server technologies 
•  Thrives in a fast paced agile environment
•  Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Experience with workflow engines and BPM tools a strong plus
