Job Description:

 

Looking for a senior role in a small IT department, with an opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies, but with a focus on Linux System Administration.

 

Skills:

·         Previous SaaS/ASP/www experience in 24x7x365 environment required.

·         5-7 years experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat and CentOS, includes shell scripting proficiency.  

·         2 years experience with HA Server virtualization such as vSphere or XenServer.

·         Experience with Puppet.

·         Experience with monitoring tools such as ManageEngine, Nagios and Oracle Grid control.

·         While Linux and Cisco proficiency is the target need for this position.

 

Desired Skills:

·         Experience with J2EE servers such as Weblogic, Websphere or Jboss (Weblogic preferred).

·         Experience with Oracle Databases.

·         Experience with Cisco firewalls and switches

·         Experience with Layer 3 and 4 switching

·         EMC VNX and NetApp

·         Citrix Presentation Server
