JMS (Java Messaging Service),
EJB (MDB - Message Driven Beans, Sessions Beans)
ESB (Enterprise Service Bus),
JAXB (Java API for XML Binding)
XML (Knowledge of XML Schemas, XML parsing and validation)
RAD 8 (IDE)
WAS 7.0 or greater (App Server)
Ant (Build Tool)
Log4J (Application Logging)
In addition to this candidate should have strong analytical skills
