C# as their primary development language

Excellent debugging, business logic and communications skills.

Able to work on a team, independently and be mentor/role model for others.

Experienced with WCF, XML and AJAX 

Excellent understanding of web services (including security and session management)

MVC, VB.net, VB6  and CMMI experience is a plus.
