Required Skills :
  • Creating Reporting Requirements Documents, Understand User Stories, Experienced in Reporting Testing execution
  • Property Insurance domain preferred.
  • Reporting utilities COGNOS , Hyperion, or other ad-hoc reporting tools
  • Data warehousing methodologies, back end database design schemas, dimensions, fact tables relations and its impacts to report designs and development of requirements  .
  • JAD sessions and can control group settings to achieve the meeting objectives.
  • Agile environment (fast paced environment), can work independently or as part of team, can work with minimal supervision, follow direction and be able to arrive to logical conclusions.
  • Articulate questions or present issues, and in professional manner work with SMEs and Business Unit Partners.
  • Elaborate on problem and solution in lemons terms. Ability to effectively/efficiently communicate with  peers and with senior leadership.
  • Make decisions and present solutions or design for input and critique from Product Owner and team members.
  • Design impacts downstream reporting & integration of data to Data Warehouse
  • Maintaining assigned tasks in tracking systems such as Rally.
  • Property Insurance Experience, preferred Claims and policy processing knowledge. Familiar with Guidewire product (if possible).
