Position: Scrum Project manager.
Duration: 24 months
Location: Albany, NY

Job Description:

 

Daily Tasks include not limited to the following:

• Use project management tools, such as: MS Project, Team Foundation Server, UML , Visio, VB.NET, Crystal Enterprise 10.0, Oracle 11g, TOAD, HP (Mercury Interactive) Quality Center, Use Case Design and Realization Specifications, Productivity Management
• Provide OMH with weekly status reports detailing project metrics, programming and migration progress.
• Assist with project and portfolio updates for assigned projects.
• Provide project management discipline mentoring and assistance when requested.
• Set up meetings with Business Owners, Key Stakeholders, and staff as needed and document meeting minutes.
• Supervise and mentor programmers and business analysts as needed.
• Supervise and direct the creation of end user documentation (ie, business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, screen designs). This documentation will be used to verify programming tasks with the user and then used as a guide for the programmers and testers.
• Supervise and direct the development of test plans and tests application changes.

 

 

Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

 

 

Demonstrated experience in all aspects and phases of Project Management, including tracking project status, producing project plans and producing Project Status reports using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

Demonstrated experience as Project team leader over multiple project phases in redesign and migration of an existing client-server enterprise system to a web-based solution

Demonstrated experience as Project Team Leader in the design and construction of server-based account and billing system.

Demonstrated experience with Business Requirement documentation and development using Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio. (ie, business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, , prototypes, screen designs)

Experience with Oracle 9i,10G, or 11G. including understanding data structures, table relationships and SQL

Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master Managing an Agile project using Microsoft Team Foundation Server
Scrum Master Certification is plus
A copy of the certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form

Project Manager Professional Certification (PMP) is must.
A copy of the certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form
