The primary role of the C# /.Net /MVC/Oracle backend developer is to translate the solution design into a technical design and implement that in the target solution/application. This is done through the review, analysis, and modification of application systems including the coding, testing, debugging and installation to support the organization's applications.

Responsibilities and Expectations
•    Read and understand the business requirements and solution design
•    Translate solution designs into a technical design and implementation
•    Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs
•    Proactive and diligent in identifying and communicating design and technical issues
•    Responsible for collaborating with the Business & Systems Analyst to resolve gaps between the business requirements and design specifications
•    Develop high-level and detailed solution design and implementation documentation
•    Create release and roll-out and roll-back procedures
•    Write and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications and Requirements
•    5 years experience with software and hardware: C#, .Net. Oracle, MVC
o    Ability to plan, implement, test, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for operational problems
o    Ability to determine the nature of operational problems and develop solutions for repair
•    Knowledge of programming logic and codes:
o    Knowledge of computer flow charts
•    Adhere to security procedures and protocols
•    Must be able to interview in person
