 Job description: 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ideal candidate has a solid systems engineering and SharePoint administration/architecture background.

• She/he should understand and be able to articulate the roles of the different system in a SharePoint farm, chart the layout, and develop a site management plan. 

• She/he will be expected to troubleshoot all issues related to SharePoint and should also be familiar with administration and networking concepts such as SQL clustering, Active Directory, security, disaster recovery (business continuity) and load balancing. 

• She/he will be the primary consultant for SharePoint initiatives including upgrades, scalability, resiliency, etc.

• The SharePoint Architect should also be familiar with Information Architecture (IA) concepts. 

• She/he will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and implement the strategy for maintaining and storing information to maximize the value and use of that information. 

• Utilizing IA she/he will provide models and methodologies to increase the availability of DOC’s information, while keeping it secure and trustworthy.

MANDATORY SKILL/ EXPERTISE

-make sure that candidates meet client's requirements before you send their resumes to me.

• Subject matter expertise in SharePoint technologies with good understanding of Windows platform and SQL Servers.

• Proficient in SharePoint farms and sites recovery, performance optimization and configuration.

• Knowledge of SharePoint solutions, forms and workflows design, development and troubleshooting.

• Experience leveraging PowerShell for administration tasks.

• Experience or highly knowledgeable in SharePoint development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Full scale SharePoint deployment experience.
