Position: ORPOS(Oracle Retail Point of Sales) Consultant
Location: Philadelphia,PA
Duration: Long term Contract
 
The Job Description is as follows:
- Expertise in ORPOS (Oracle Retail Point of Sales)
- Ensuring appropriate resolution of all Incidents assigned
- Adhering to Problem, Incident and Event Management Process principles
- Creating Incident Analysis Reports and Enhancement Request Forms for issues resulting in Defects and Enhancements to be brought to Change Management
- Participating in Service Delivery project activities
- Maintaining appropriate application skill sets, knowledge and access
- Working with appropriate teams to Review/Create/Update/Catalog SOPsincluding Availability, Event, Schedule, Service Request, and Known Error
-Experienced in SQL,PL/SQL, D2K, Workflow, Discoverer, OAF, XML Publisher -Working experience of the core modules including basic setups under Finance and SCM- at least 3 modules under Finance and SCM
