Length of contract – 31 days
Required Skills:
- Strong experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and functional specifications for corporate external and internal web sites.
- Familiarity with UX Design, usability testing, wireframes and prototype development using a tool.
- Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, resolving priorities between stakeholders, consulting, etc.).
- Four or more years of experience in business analyst role.
- Self-starter that can work with diverse stakeholders and with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint skills appropriate for business analysis documentation
Desired Skills:
- Healthcare Industry Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field
- Business Analyst Certification (IIBA)
- Experience in UX Design, usability testing, wireframes and prototype development using Axure (or similar tool).
- Mobile Application project experience and/or Content Management System project experience
6. PMI/PMBOK style project management experience is desirable
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Will work on specific projects which could include company website and Individual Online Application development initiatives.
- Will communicate with current team on requirements, status and issues.
- Could be involved in documenting business and functional requirements, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing, statements of work, test plans, user testing, coordinate of approvals and implementation.
- Analyze varying solutions and provide strategic recommendations with an eye on functionality, cost, technology and value as appropriate.
Project Details:
- Project involves implementation of Group sales and enrollment tools in both on-site .NET solutions and also cloud-hosted vendor solutions. Solutions integrate with multiple back-end systems so ability to coordinate solution requirements across these areas is important.
