Position:-   Java developer with Financial Domain.

Location:-   NYC, NY
Duration:-   6+Months

Job Description:

• Skills -core java , Java/J2EE, JSF, SOPA Web Services, Spring, Hibernate. Strong technical knowledge in Java/J2EE application development, Experience in integrating using Web Services, Message Queue.
• Technically hands on in problem investigation/troubleshooting, developing and designing solutions
• Experience - Minimum 6 to 8 years  IT experience; 

Skills and Experience Details:

-->Messaging and Interfacing(L2)-Programmer:  

• Should be able to write programs independently. 
• Should be having good knowledge in one or more of Messaging and Interfacing technologies like Java Mail, JCA, JMS, JNI etc and able debug and solve applications.
• Understanding Data request and response queue. 
• Should be able to implement application handling synchronous and asynchronous request and response. 
• JMS: Able to implement applications for communicating between J2EE servers.

-->Java-J2EE(L4)-

• Should be able to architect a solution in this technology area fora given problem statement.
•  In depth knowledge of mutli tire architecture.
• Should be able to design and architect solution around J2EE, should be well versed with stacking and layering of architecture modeling, should be conversent with decsion making in terms of technology comparision with J2EE technologies. 
• Should be able to understand customer business requirements and propose optimal solutions around J2EE technologies focusing on simplifications,virtualization, aggregation and automation.

-->Java Transaction Management(L1)-JTA:  

• Should be aware of fundamentals on JTA, Bean managed and Container managed user transactions, Transaction manager, XA resource, JTS - transaction manager, interface &  exceptions. Good knowledge of X/Open XA Architecture, JTA Implementation of the X/Open XA architecture, Java Transaction APIs, User Transaction Support in EJB server, User Transaction support in JNDI, J2SE.
•  Should understand unit testing ( and able to execute unit test cases.

-->Java Transaction Management(L3)-

-->Web Services(L3)-Tech. Lead:  

• Should be able to Design and Architect Web Services,Interoperability between J2EE and .Net. Should be able to Design and Architect WS complying with WS-I standards
  

 

-->Java-J2EE(L2)-

• Good at advanced JE concepts such as Distributed transactional computing, n-tier J2EE architecture,Distributed multitier applications, Java 2 platform, JE components,Container services, Container types, JE servers and Containers &  Application deployment architecture. Knowledge in JE APIs such as EJB, JMS, Security,Transaction, JNDI, Connector &  WebServices.
• Good understanding of JEpackaging, Common J2EE design patterns, J2EE lifecycle and roles.Should know how to use the inbuilt classes like Validator class andhow to separate the view from model and controller in JE architecture.Should have good knowledge of build scripting and build tools like ANT.JE includes technologies like HTML, Javascript, JDBC, JSP, Servlets,Struts, XML,EJB. Should know how to write and execute unit test cases
  

 

-->JSF - JavaServer Faces(L4)-Architect:  

• Should be able to design and architect applications using JSF.
• Should be able to implement best practices on JSF using design patterns, performance, caching, multi threading, Log management. Strong understanding of the Technology advantages of JSF,Implementing J2EE/JSF applications and the significant design decisions.Should be able to provide Integration strategy of JSF based application with other technologies like Struts, JBoss Seam
