Position 2  - UI Java Developer

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: $43/hr on C2C MAX

 

Job Description:

 

• 4-5 years of experience.

• Strong working experience in Java, MVC, JDBC, ORM, XML

• Experience in Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Webservices

• Strong object oriented programming skills. 

• Excellent application development skills with tools like Java, JSP/Servlets, XML, and the like. Knowledge in debugging server side applications.

• Experience in leveraging open source framework like Spring, Hibernate etc to solve the common design problems is a must.

• Experienced in working at a client site – co-ordinating with client stakeholders collecting requirements, getting feedback on deliverables, etc

 

Preferred:

 

• Experience in Media, Communication Industry

• Experience Working on Agile & Waterfall methodologies

• Experience in testing and test automation tools like Junit, easymock/mockito etc

• Experience in Development best practices like TDD, Code Coverage, Code Quality etc.

• Proven creative problem solver with ability to work in a hyper-changing environment

• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
